Annual Inspections & Maintenance
HVAC Services
- 20-Point Wellness Inspection – A comprehensive 20-point heating and cooling wellness inspection, with a detailed report provided after completion.
- Thermostat Battery Replacement – Batteries will be replaced during each Wellness Inspection.
- Air Filter Replacement – Members receive a complimentary 1” pleated air filter, replaced during their wellness inspection.
HVAC Services
- Water Test – Complimentary water quality testing during your wellness visit.
Electrical Services
- Electrical Panel Inspection – A full inspection of your electrical panel to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- GFCI Operation Inspection – GFCI outlets in kitchens and bathrooms will be tested to ensure proper functionality. Members also receive exclusive pricing for GFCI replacements.
- Smoke Detector Testing – All smoke and carbon monoxide detectors will be tested to ensure they are working properly, and batteries will be replaced as needed.
