Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and breakdowns, identifying faulty components and providing efficient solutions.
- Conduct tests and measurements to assess system performance, including airflow, temperature differentials, and refrigerant levels.
- Interact with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner, addressing their questions and explaining repair or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, repair logs, and equipment inventories.
- Adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines while performing installations and repairs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure a safe working environment by following proper safety protocols and identifying potential hazards.
Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system malfunctions.

As an Electrical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our residential electrical services, including installation, repairs, and upgrades, to homeowners. Your role will be crucial in identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Job Responsibilities

Sales Presentations:

Quotes and Proposals:
– Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for customers, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
– Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns and close sales deals. -
Customer Relationship Management:

Job Requirements
- Education: A high school diploma is required. Additional certifications or training in electrical sales or related fields is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in residential sales, electrical sales, or a related industry is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of residential electrical systems and services is beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

HVAC Installation Lead
Join our fast growing company as an HVAC Installation Lead in our HVAC division!
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients at a professional level
- Explain each installation performed to the customer each time a service or repair is completed
- Work safely and follow company policies
- Proficient in installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment in residential settings
- Proficient in assembling, installing, and repairing air conditioning Duct such as sheet metal duct and flex duct
- Manage the install crew for heating and air conditioning equipment installations
- Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to use all hand and or power tools associated with removal and installation of HVAC equipment.
- Proficient in building and assembling panning and transition duct on HVAC replacement projects
- Experience with working on construction sites and occupied spaces
- Perform material take offs and order necessary materials
- Access tight spaces such as attics and crawl spaces for the installation of HVAC equipment
Job Requirements
- Must have 2 – 3 years of hands-on HVAC installer experience required
- Must possess the ability to analyze challenging situations, develop efficient solutions, and work independently to completion
- Must possess customer service mentality, and team orientation
